These can be done from the comfort of your bedroom and can be completed quietly. They work out all the main areas of your body and can make a difference long term. I usually do this after 1 hour of walking along the beach daily, and finish off with a cold shower. If you can any trouble just google the exercises. Good luck and push yourself :)
